I have a confession to make: I prefer cooking to baking. There, I said it. I hope you still like me. It’s not that I don’t like baking, but it’s much more precise. I mean – you have to actually pay attention and follow recipe measurements. I prefer a more haphazard method of cooking.
It probably doesn’t help that I prefer savory over sweet. I cook what I like best. 😀 But I also like having a few quick and easy desserts that I can whip up when needed. This cherry dessert fits the bill perfectly.
