In honor of Labor Day and our desire to not labor this week – we are taking the week off. Emeril plans to nap, eat, meow and be handsome. So basically life as normal for him. I plan to cook and continue working on the next book in the ongoing saga of Jolie and Franck. So I guess life as normal for me too. 😀
We felt it would be rather rude of us to leave you without something to nibble … or sip on this week. If you get a little thirsty, I recommend this yummy peach lemonade. It’s sweet. It’s tangy. It can made for kiddies (i.e. skip the vodka) or adults. And it’s a great way to close out the summer.
