When I find something that I love and adore, I feel the need to share it with everyone. And no, I’m not being compensated for my love. Well, possibly a little compensation on the last one.
Justified is one of my favorite television shows. Timothy Olyphant and Walter Goggins are particularly wonderful, although, quite honestly, everyone on the show is top notch. Olyphant and Goggins just really stand out, and the dynamic between the two characters is fascinating. It truly is a thin line between love and hate.
And the baddies? They are just as layered and nuanced. These are not your typical one-dimensional bad guys. No way. One minute they’re bad, then sympathetic, then funny, then downright ev-v-v-v-v-v-il followed by an act of kindness.
Happy Hunger Games! In a couple of weeks, the movie comes out, and I cannot wait to see it. I love the Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins. I read the books over and over and over and over. Seriously! And the movie is going to be epic. Go Team Peeta!
Adele dominates the charts for a good reason: she is ah-Mah-zing! I can’t stop playing her songs and singing along in my slightly pitchy voice. “Someone Like You” and “Rumour Has It” are my two favorite songs. I sing them constantly, and Emeril is threatening to runaway if I don’t stop making his ears hurt.
Oh man. I dream about this caramel corn. It is the perfect combination of sweet and salty. Pure bliss. I constantly fight with myself on whether to whip up another batch and chow down or be good and restrain myself. I’ll be honest—this stuff is addictive. I’m pretty sure I’m going to lose the battle soon. Did someone say movie night? Great, I’ll be bring the popcorn.
I know. But I can’t help myself—I just love this cat. Sure, he’s loud. He’s super sensitive to any perceived slight. He snores loud enough to wake me up every night. Constipated, although not lately. Woo-hoo. He often refuses to get out of bed and hides when it’s time for medicine. Sometimes he forgets … on purpose… to use the litter box. And I still love him. He’s the best $110 I ever spent and will always be one of things I’m loving, forever and ever.
