  1. As usual this looks delicious my friend. I think I actually have everything to make this except the raspberries. I love freestone peaches at this time of the year and have a few that are getting soft and would probably work well with this.

And we too feel like we are mid summer instead of near the end. We are having some of the best weather so far this summer. I’m sure the rest of Sept will be beautiful too.

    Enjoy your dish!

    • Thanks, Sicorra! It’s super yummy, especially the corner pieces. And you absolutely don’t need the raspberries. Next week is supposed to be cooler and I can’t wait. The heat is just too much for me. I am a wimp! You have a great weekend!

    • Thanks, Maggie! I agree it’s one show-stopping dessert. I love pineapple upside down cake but this tops it and looks even more beautiful. Let me know what your friends think!

  2. Yum! Can you come to my house and make me one? 🙂

    It’s probably a good thing that I don’t enjoy cooking – I think I’d weigh 250 pounds! I love food.

    • LOL! Will do! I love food too and it’s definitely a challenge not to overindulge, especially when I have to try everything I make! 🙂
