I hate Halloween. Really, I do. It is the most awful holiday ever invented. Seriously! What purpose does it serve? Nothing. All it does is humiliate sweet kitties like me. For no reason whatsoever, I am forced into a costume and paraded about the apartment. Pictures ensue. Giggles erupt. Humiliation complete. I am one pissed off feline.
One might even say that I am feeling devilish. Well, so be it. If Mama thinks I’m a devil, than I’ll show her how much trouble a devilish cat can be. She may claim that I am naughty and mischievous, but she ain’t seen nothing yet. Paw swear!
Don’t you feel sorry for me? I mean — look at my face. Sure, sure I am one handsome devil (HA!) but this is not right. Oh no. MaxE does NOT need clothes.
Mama is all, “You’re so handsome in your bow tie.” Those words sent chills down my spine. Bow ties could be every day wear. They are not limited to the worst holiday ever, which was probably invented by doggies too stupid to realize that wearing clothes is humiliating.
Grrrrrrr….
I will be one really upset feline if Mama thinks I need to wear a bow-tie. Yes, I know I look cute. But I look cute ALL THE TIME. A bow tie or devil ears do not make me look more handsome. They make me look STUPID!
Don’t you think I stupid? Please say YES!! And tell Mama that you don’t ever want to see me in a costume again.
Otherwise, it’s tricks from here on out!
Max
Disclaimer: No feline was hurt in the taking of these pictures. Humiliated. Yes. Hurt. No.
OMG, MaxE!!! You are sooooooooo cute!!! Love your costume! If it’s any consolation, my cat Bailey is not in a costume. Me trying to put him in a costume would not end well, lol 🙂
Happy Halloween MaxE and Tanya!!! 🙂
You are a good Mama, Mackenzie. My Mama insists that I dress up for Halloween. I would tolerate a Halloween scarf because those make me look sassy, not stupid. My devil ears, boots and a cape is too much! But I’ve been putting 17 lbs of pressure on Mama’s bladder early every morning this week. A cat never forgets, never forgives!
