    • You and me both, Corina. But I am determined that this year will be the year it happens! No more excuses! I’m not a huge seafood eater either. I like it a lot more than I used to but I don’t naturally gravitate towards it either. This was really good and very healthy. And I like guilt-free eating! MaxE says Meow! I’m pretty sure that’s feline speak for hi. 🙂

    • I’m really becoming a big quinoa fan. It’s a big spendy, but it is so good for you. I’m definitely keep my eye out for good sales on it because I have lots of dishes I want to try with it.
