This year is zipping by. I can’t believe Spring is here, along with plenty of sunshine, green grass and pretty flowers. YAY! Of course, this week many people are too busy to appreciate Spring as they focus on Easter, including finalizing their meal plan. I’m doing the same because I intend to eat myself into a food coma.
