I can’t believe it’s almost July, which actually scares me a bit. Not just because this year is flying by, but it is also possible that I celebrate a milestone birthday next month. Yikes! And while 40 may be the new 20, my body doesn’t feel as youthful as it once did, nor is my metabolism quite as bouncy as I’d like it to be.
