For the past few weeks … okay, since this summer … I’ve been thinking about the recipes I want to post for the holiday season. And the holiday season for me is Thanksgiving through the New Year. I love to eat and don’t mind putting in the time in the kitchen to make a good meal. At the same time, I refuse to believe that every recipe needs to be difficult in order to be delicious.
