Copycat Bubba Gump Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 clove garlice minced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 Sourdough loaf for serving
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 8 oz clam juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Instructions

  • To make the sauce: In a pan, combine butter, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, and garlic over medium heat, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in chicken bouillon cube, clam juice, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  • In the meantime, mix together Worcestershire, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic and shrimp.
  • Add shrimp mixture to sauce, and cook for approximately 2 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Serve with bread and lemon.
