16ozstrawberrieshulled and halved OR 2 (5 oz) containers of blueberries, rinsed and drained
1pineapplecored and cut into bite-size cubes
1/3cuphoney
1/4cupfresh lime juice
1/4cupchopped fresh mint
Instructions
Drain fruit of any excess juice and add to a large serving dish.
In a small bowl, combine honey, lime juice and mint and whisk together.
Pour dressing over fruit and gently stir to evenly coat fruit.
Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
I prefer using blueberries because it adds a nice pop of color but strawberries work fine too. And yes, I forgot to pick-up blueberries at the store and had strawberries on hand, so that's what I used. This recipe isn't fussy, just good!Recipe from Cooking Classy.
