Parmesan Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature1 Tablespoon mayonnaise1/4 cup grated ParmesanKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped1 baguette
  • 6 tbs[ unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 baguette

Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler to low.
  • In a small bowl, mix the butter, mayo and cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the baguette in half and spread cheese mixture on the bread. Place on a baking sheet and broil until golden, about 3 minutes.
  • Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

I took a couple of the roasted garlic cloves from the Roasted Chicken with Garlic to spread over the bread. Perfection!
